Zulfa.com.my offers you the purchase of product items available at Zulfa.com.my. You agree to
pay Zulfa.com.my the total amount set forth in the contract of sale and any other mutually agreed
charges. Zulfa.com.my will provide the product items stated in the order and
deliver the items to the intended delivery address as stipulated by you.

All price are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). Every effort is made to update and keep current the prices
shown on our website. However the Zulfa.com.my reserves the right to amend prices in respect of orders which

not been accepted. Where a product is pictured on the website is for reference only (the actual product may
vary slightly), the price quoted includes only the main product described and not any accessories or
accompanying items shown except where otherwise stated.
Payment
Online shopping at our website is on a prepayment basis, orders are processed once payment has been received
in full. Payments must be made in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) only.
Cancellation of Orders
All orders which have been processed and delivered cannot be cancelled or altered.

Any party engaged in illegal activities involving the use of this website will be subjected to civil and
criminal sanctions and prosecution. Zulfa.com.my does not guarantee that it will be able to prevent
any illegal or inappropriate use of this website, nor that it will give notice of any illegal or
inappropriate use of this website. It is an illegal violation to place orders under a false name, with a
fraudulently obtained credit card or without the consent of the cardholder. All persons found to have placed
a fraudulent order will be prosecuted.

Immediate Order Processed
Your order will be processed immediately or within 24 hours once payment details have been approved.
Shipping within 3 Days
We do our best to ship the orders within 3 days of order being placed. We take great care in each and every
order no matter how big or small. Orders are generally shipped via PosLaju or J&T. The average shipping time
is 3 to 7 days according to efficiency of the Courier Company.
Couriers Company
We use third-party logistics companies such as Poslaju and J&T to handle our deliveries.
Delay in Delivery
Upon order has been shipped to the courier, we are not responsible for any delay in product delivery.
However, we try our best to assist you to track your order diligently. Kindly send us your tracking number
at support@zulfa.com.my for our necessary action.
International Courier
Currently there is no international courier.
